"Golden Four" Beaches Walk
Walk along the beach from Kirra Point, north past Bilinga and Tugun, to Currumbin Rock. This is a 12km round trip, but it can be shortened to suit.
Currumbin Rock & Currumbin Alley
A truly spectacular section of the Gold Coast, here you can enjoy walks or just admire the scenery;
Views to the West, along the beautiful Currumbin Creek estuary and wetlands & up into the Currumbin Valley
To the North, the entire length of the coast
To the South, Elephant Rock and down to Kirra & Coolangatta.
Elephant Rock, Currumbin Beach
Elephant Rock is located nearby the Currumbin Beach Vikings Surf Lifesaving Club.
The views to the South are of Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay & Snapper Rocks.
To the North; Currumbin Rock, Burleigh Heads, Surfers Paradise and South Stradbroke Island.
To the West, looks back over the villages of Currumbin & Tugun.
Captain Cook Memorial
Point Danger - Coolangatta
This Memorial is one of the most visited sights on coastal Queensland. It is Queensland mainland's most easterly point.
Views to the North over Snapper Rocks and Rainbow Bay and all the way up to Surfers Paradise and South Stradbroke Island.
Views to the South-East, Tweed River entrance to the Pacific Ocean and D'Bah, past to Fingal Lighthouse.
