EXTRA PERSON:
An extra person can be accommodated in a 2 bedroom apartment using either a rollaway or sofa bed. An extra person charge applies of $30 per night or $100 per week in low season.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT:
A deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit varies on season ($200-$400). Balance of accommodation is due and payable at time of check-in. Payment can be by Visa or Mastercard (Diners and Amex are not accepted). Credit card is required as room security on check-in.
CHECK IN:
Check-In is from 1.30pm (Qld time)
Check Out prior to 9.30am (Qld time)
SERVICING:
Apartments are self service. Linen is provided on arrival and fresh linen delivered weekly. Additional servicing is available on request at an additional charge.
SEASONAL RATES:
Seasonal rates apply. Monthly and long-term rates are available on request.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
There is no refund of deposit for amendments or cancellations 30 days or less from date of arrival. For all other bookings a $50 administration fee is charged. There is no refund after check-in for a shortening of stay.
